No jail time for woman who lured teens with pot and booze to get sex

A Gresham woman who lured teens to her apartment with drugs and alcohol so she could have sex with them will not spend any time in jail.

Jennifer Lynn Wills will instead serve five years probation after pleading no contest to seven felony and misdemeanor counts, including sex abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of minors.

Wills will also be getting therapy while she is on probation.

Well, it shouldn't matter if your a man or woman the law should be the same for that sort of crime. However, this article clearly states the opposite. I read the article after reading another article relating to child molestation and did not distinguish between the two. I misread his comment, I apologize for the assumption.

Health and Human Services in this state is owned by women, it looks like maybe the judicial system is headed that way, too. Unbelieveable double standard! She should spend years in prison and be made an example of for other nasty human failures who might entertain the same idea. A man doing the same thing, or less, would probably be beaten by cops, imprisoned for years, and then probably beaten or killed by other inmates if they knew his crime. Maybe they were afraid she would scare the other female inmates if they locked her up. There is no such thing as justice, just prejudice and politics. I don't know which is more disgusting, her, or the slap on the wrist she got. Teen boys will poke almost anything and they need to be protected from fugly predators like this.
